Spun Bonded & Yarn Wound Filter Cartridges – These types of filter cartridges are suited for a continuous processing and offer consistent quality, high particulate retention and clearer results. Our Spun Bonded & Yarn Wound Filter Cartridges are FDA compliant and are available for food and beverage applications to meet government standards.
Absolute Rated Pleated Filter Cartridges – Pleated filter cartridges are constructed from various expanded polymeric membranes and suited to work in highly pressurised filtration demand. Pleated filter cartridges are mainly designed for sub-micronic filtration requirements i.e. where very small pore size filtration is required.
Sterile Filters & Capsules – Our capsule filters are available in a wide range of materials i.e. from which they are constructed and offer superior performance in filtration and sterilisation. Our capsule filters allow for high flow rates and have low protein binding as well as broad chemical compatibility. TFI Filtration UK capsule filters are constructed with high purity polymeric membranes and are ideal for the filtration of aggressive gases, liquids, and other wide variety of chemical and engineering processes.
Resin Bonded Filter Cartridges – Resin bonded filter cartridges have a unique, proprietary two-stage filtration design to maximise particle retention and service life in viscous fluid filtration applications. These Cartridges are manufactured from a fibre matrix of polyester, acrylic or cellulose with phenolic or melamine resin that ensures a stronger cartridge that is less likely to collapse.
Pleated Paper Filter Cartridges for Air, Oil & Fuel – Pleated paper filter cartridges are excellent for removing solid contaminants such as rust, dirt, scale, granular and other types of solids from fuels. TFI Filtration UK manufacture and supply pleated paper filter cartridges that are made from a variety of natural and synthetic fibres bonded using various resins to provide excellent filtration and holding capacity.
Porous Plastic Filter Cartridges – Porous Plastic filter cartridges are manufactured from Poly-propylene, Polystyrene, HDPE. They are resistant to Acids and compatible with a wide range of Chemicals. Porous Plastic has a limited porosity of 40 % and thickness of 10-20 mm.
