Plastic Filters – Our plastic filters, systems and housings are made from plastics such as polypropylene, polycarbonate, and FRP. These quality filters can be used where metallic filters cannot. These filters are completely corrosion-free and rust-free.
Pleated Filters – With quality specifications and removal ratings, TFI Filtration UK Ltd offers pleated cartridges made from different materials including polypropylene, glass fibre, halar and nylon mesh as per your commercial or industrial requirements.
Dust Collector Filters – Filter area 3 to 4 times larger than traditional filter bags with our dust collector filters. Our quality filters provide high efficiency due to surface filtration and a reduction in downtime & maintenance. These filters are easy to install & remove.
Disposable Filters – Designed for liquid and gas processing on a small, medium, or large scale, these disposable filters are suitable for a wide range of applications. Air Intake Filters – Our Primary and Secondary Air filters are made out of typical cassette type construction. They are capable of withstanding upto 90°C. Higher Temp. range products are also available as well as production based on customer specific requirements.
Stainless Steel Filters – Also known as cleanable filter cartridges or reusable filters, can handle processes which are vigorous, TFI Filtration UK offers stainless steel pleated and cylinder mesh filters that can be used under high temperatures, differential pressures and in any flow direction. There is also the option of an outer guard where reverse flow or backwashing control is necessary.
Strainers / Basket Filters – Our Strainer basket filters have superior flushing capabilities, thanks to the built-in blow-down ports. There is also higher flow capacity despite there being smaller open ratio areas – this is due to the quality design of the straight flow path.
